Our lead manager has managed supported living, community-based services, and outreach provision, and has worked across a wide range of settings including residential homes, day services, hospitals, secure environments, and custodial settings.
This depth of experience ensures that the documentation we produce is practical, proportionate, and grounded in reality, rather than generic or overly theoretical.

Our work is informed by training in recognised crisis prevention and behaviour support frameworks, including PROACT-SCIPr, MAPA, PRICE, and TIMIAN.
