Service Description
CHOOSE THIS IF You need one hour of hands-on support with an agreed administration task, tracker or document organisation. One hour of remote written or meeting-based support with compliance administration, trackers, document organisation or practical follow-up actions. The standard price is £35. HOW CONSULTATIONS WORK Before your consultation, please send the relevant documents, your questions and what you hope to achieve. Email info@lookingglasscare.co.uk first if you need help arranging how to send documents. Preparation and review of the agreed documents are included at no additional charge and do not reduce your booked support time. Book an available appointment online, or contact us with your preferred method and availability. We aim to reply within 24 hours of your enquiry or booking request to agree arrangements. We offer flexible times by agreement. Our response aim is to arrange your support; consultation and completion dates are agreed separately. SCOPE AND TIMING We confirm the document sample, expected output and delivery date before work starts. Any additional work is separately agreed and priced.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation refunds and rescheduling For bookings made from 18 September 2026; statutory rights and existing contractual rights are preserved. Reschedule up to three times per booking, free of charge, by emailing info@lookingglasscare.co.uk MORE THAN 24 hours before the current appointment. Include your name, booking reference and preferred dates. We agree a flexible, mutually suitable time. Rescheduling is managed by email; a late or fourth change is not guaranteed. Paid consultations have no discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Consumers retain applicable 14-day cooling-off rights. If you request an early start, only a lawful proportionate charge for services actually supplied may be due on cancellation. Loss of the cancellation right on full performance requires your prior express request and acknowledgement. Without the required request/information, no early-service charge is payable. Outside an applicable cooling-off right, cancellation or non-attendance may result in retention of our reasonable, evidenced direct net loss only, allowing for saved costs or replacement bookings. We take reasonable steps to reduce loss, explain any deduction and refund the balance. No automatic additional penalty applies. Included preparation is not separately charged. If we cancel and cannot supply the service, choose a suitable new appointment or a refund for the unprovided service. Faulty services remain subject to statutory remedies, including repeat performance or a price reduction/refund where required. Free consultations carry no payment or cancellation charge. For amendments, cancellations, rescheduling or concerns, email info@lookingglasscare.co.uk with your details. Statutory cancellation can also be made by any clear statement; no reason is required.
